用vcpkg安装

git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg.git
cd vcpkg
./bootstrap-vcpkg.bat
vcpkg integrate install
vcpkg install jansson

安装语言包
控制面板找到 Microsoft Visual Studio Installer 右键 “更改”  （如果提示更新，就先更新）
选择英语 语言包安装

可以按上面地址下载好直接复制到对应目录即可 .\vcpkg\downloads
